Esvellyn Terrero

Esvellyn joined the Varsity team as the general manager at Block75 Albany, a property of 273 beds. She graduated from Colombia College with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management in 2020 and has utilized her background in human resources along with her project management experience to mentor the Block75 team and create highly motivated work environment for all. Esvellyn has been in the industry since 2020; during this time, she has played a key role in the successful sale of two high profile portfolios in the Syracuse NY market. By leasing both properties to 100% in record time. The first property was comprised of 287 beds and the second property of 705 beds. Esvellyn strives to create a welcoming experience for the residents and promoting learning in the work environment.
